Hosting

The website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, a service of Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. When you open a page, Cloudflare processes technically necessary connection data, such as your IP address, the time of the request and the page requested. Without this data no page can be delivered; it also serves to protect against attacks.

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, the legitimate interest in operating the website securely and reliably. Cloudflare participates in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, which is the basis for transferring data to the USA. Details are in Cloudflare’s privacy policy.

Fonts

The fonts are stored on the same server as the pages. No connection is made to Google or any other font provider.

Guides and audio sample

The PDF guides (in German) and the audio sample are delivered directly from this website. You do not need to register or provide any data.

Contact by email

If you write to me, I use your email address and your message only to reply to you. They are not passed on and are not kept longer than necessary for that purpose. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Links to other websites

This website links to bookshops such as Amazon or Kobo and to a Facebook group. Only when you click one of these links do you leave this website. The privacy policy of the respective provider then applies.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to rectification, erasure and restriction of processing, to data portability and to object to processing (Art. 15 to 21 GDPR). A message to info@bernardos-ebook.com is enough.

You can also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. The authority responsible for this website is the Spanish Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (aepd.es). You may also contact the supervisory authority in your own country.
